Yes. You can turn on or off Push Alerts for specific incident categories in the Swivel app

Alert radius determines the area that will be considered for the alerts sent to your phone. Consider it as your sphere of awareness. You can set an alert radius for your phone, as well as for each location in your My Spaces settings.
You can choose from several distance settings within the following ranges:
My Spaces are locations or groups that you add or select in settings. You will receive alerts relevant to your My Spaces.
No. There is no limit, and there are no user fees.
